Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the strategy, roadmap, and performance for Botim For Business payment-acceptance products.
  • •Lead new payment propositions from discovery and validation through launch and iteration.
  • •Own the end-to-end payment-acceptance experience for businesses and merchants.
  • •Improve merchant onboarding, activation, transaction management, refunds, and servicing.
  • •Define and track KPIs across the payment lifecycle and partner with Engineering and external processors to deliver scalable integrations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • •6–10 years of product management experience, preferably in payments, fintech, acquiring or merchant services.
  • •Track record building and scaling payment-acceptance or merchant-payment products.
  • •Experience with payment processors, gateways, acquirers, or payment-orchestration platforms.
  • •Strong understanding of authorization, capture, routing, settlement, refunds, reconciliation and disputes.
