Senior Order Analyst

Manage and coordinate the order-to-cash cycle for customer orders, shipments, and invoicing as part of the project execution team in Chennai. Support MEA PRM internal and external customers throughout the Bookings to Invoice conversion, with strong focus on customer satisfaction and adherence to international trade compliance and ethics. Work closely with inside sales/order entry, factories/suppliers, logistics/warehouse, and finance while handling documentation, payment terms, and dispute or warranty resolution.
