Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coordinate the customer order cycle from order to cash, including shipments, delivery, and invoicing, while owning customer and supplier/factory relationships.
  • •Work with inside sales/order entry to receive clean POs, place them to factories, and expedite intercompany factories/suppliers to meet delivery deadlines.
  • •Identify issues, ensure factories receive the right documents and produce acknowledgements, and handle planning/coordination/submission of documents (including MRB/ITP) to keep orders on track.
  • •Support commercial order activities such as documentation and invoice submission; check payment terms and manage bank submission documents (LC/CAD/PBG/ABG) for MRO/small project orders.
  • •Coordinate with logistics/warehouse for INCO-terms shipments, maintain high customer satisfaction with prompt status updates, and resolve dispute cases/warranty claims while developing contingencies to minimize impact of delayed deliveries.
