•Inspire and lead the sales organization by example, maintaining a professional standard and building a high-performing team through recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluations.
•Ensure maximum sales performance across multiple locations and manage/support District Sales Manager(s) for the broader team.
•Conduct monthly reviews with sales representatives to assess territories and business trends, recommend improvements, and estimate profit projections and future revenue opportunities.
•Monitor sales metrics including fleet utilization, territory coverage, new account production, rate achievement, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction; communicate issues and drive urgent action items.
•Support job site activities and projects with remote and on-site involvement, including assisting with equipment rental, sales, and service as needed; enforce safe, healthy work environments.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of leadership experience in the equipment rental industry in Climate Control, Air Compressors, Fluid Solutions, or Power Solutions.
•Willingness to live within the specified region and preference for local geographic experience.
•Ability to travel up to 70% of the time and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
•Strong communication with colleagues, direct reports, and executive leadership; natural leadership skills with ownership mindset.
•Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship of a Visa.
