Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and lead large-scale technical projects, especially fund projects, to support iterative development and scaling.
  • •Align with product and org objectives and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver key results.
  • •Develop robust, efficient technology platform products for FundSafety.
  • •Contribute to engineering strategy, tooling, processes, and culture.
  • •Research and apply domain and technical knowledge to products while ensuring strong fund-related consistency and validity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a relevant discipline with 2+ years of working experience.
  • •Experience building scalable, highly available, distributed, mission-critical systems.
  • •Extensive knowledge of modern software stack, including front-end applications, large-scale backend, and data pipelines.
  • •Proficiency in at least one: Go, Python, Java, or C++.
  • •Strong understanding of computer architecture, data structures and algorithms, plus databases and messaging frameworks (e.g., MySQL/Redis/Kafka).
