•Plan and lead large-scale technical projects, especially fund projects, to support iterative development and scaling.

•Contribute to engineering strategy, tooling, processes, and culture.
•Research and apply domain and technical knowledge to products while ensuring strong fund-related consistency and validity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a relevant discipline with 2+ years of working experience.
•Experience building scalable, highly available, distributed, mission-critical systems.
•Extensive knowledge of modern software stack, including front-end applications, large-scale backend, and data pipelines.
•Proficiency in at least one: Go, Python, Java, or C++.
•Strong understanding of computer architecture, data structures and algorithms, plus databases and messaging frameworks (e.g., MySQL/Redis/Kafka).
