Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee emergency evacuation procedures, active shooter training, and threat assessments.
  • •Lead and mentor guard staff, managing the guard force during your tour (up to twenty personnel).
  • •Oversee guard training across areas of responsibility and plan/execute drills for multiple crisis scenarios.
  • •Assess the team’s security posture in real time and adjust as needed; verify security devices and equipment are properly accounted for and working.
  • •Serve as security point of contact, document incidents, conduct preliminary investigations, and provide security escorts for talent off property.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent working experience.
  • •5+ years of professional experience in law enforcement, military, corporate security, and/or a related role with executive level experience.
  • •Experience coordinating and implementing strategies and plans for large scale event security.
  • •Experience working in a multi-agency, collaborative environment.
  • •Experience supervising staff or contracted employees and managing budgets with vendors/consultants, including negotiating skills.
