Job Summary

Lead hardware QA for Belkin Audio products in Shenzhen. Design test plans and specifications, architect test cases that push accessory firmware and logic to its limits, and provide technical testing guidance to contractors and suppliers to ensure high quality customer experiences. Collaborate with Product Development Management, Program Management, Industrial Design, Engineering and Design Assurance to identify design improvements, validate solutions, and ensure products meet requirements; deliver thorough, clear test results to guide sound engineering decisions and be a key hands-on contributor in the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement test plans, test specifications, procedures, and methodologies to robustly test Belkin hardware and firmware for audio products.
•Act as SME for Bluetooth headphones (TWS) testing and oversee validation across interfaces (USB, Ethernet, 802.11, Bluetooth 5.0, analog/digital audio).
•Publish test reports and maintain clear, actionable documentation to support engineering decisions and product life cycle gates.
•Collaborate with DA, Engineering, PDM to inputs into Product Functional Specifications and ensure lessons learned are incorporated into new designs.
•Travel overseas to audit testing capabilities with suppliers and support QA activities in development and production.

Key Requirements

•BS degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field; MS degree is a plus
•5-7 years of demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance or Test Engineering roles
•Strong knowledge of Bluetooth 5.0 and related wireless/audio interfaces
•Hands-on experience with test equipment and measurement methodologies for audio products (audio analyzer, sound level meters, acoustic analyzer, Bluetooth sniffer)
•Excellent Mandarin and English verbal and written communication skills
