Key Responsibilities

  • •Distribute and re-distribute finished products across regions and sales channels according to business priorities.
  • •Monitor finished goods inventory levels, identify risks of shortage or excess, and propose optimization solutions.
  • •Analyze demand and determine production needs by product categories, sales regions, and forecasts.
  • •Coordinate with sales teams on order status, define priorities, and ensure a high service level.
  • •Set warehouse priorities for picking and shipping to meet key operational KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Supply Chain, inventory planning, logistics, Customer Service, or related areas.
  • •Practical experience managing inventory, product allocation (Stock Balancing, Allocation Management), and replenishment planning.
  • •Advanced Excel skills plus Power Query, BI tools, and ERP systems for data analysis and operational decisions.
  • •Experience analyzing large data sets to assess demand and risks and make decisions based on analytics.
  • •Understanding of operational planning principles and how production, warehouses, logistics, and sales interact.
