Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage integrated multi-functional teams to deliver priorities and ensure appropriate support is in place.
  • •Monitor and analyze industrial flow to align activities with operational objectives and quality standards.
  • •Lead continuous improvement of Airbus Operating System routines and standards using data/pareto analysis; identify root causes of non-quality and eliminate quality defects and human-factor issues.
  • •Support a strong quality culture and act as a focal point/facilitator for Widebody VSM and central Airbus entities.
  • •Own productivity outcomes including on-time, on-quality delivery, critical path/bottleneck identification, performance management routines, resource forecasting, and disturbance prevention.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • •8+ years of relevant work experience in industrial engineering or a similar role.
  • •Knowledge of production and quality rules in the aviation industry.
  • •Lean manufacturing methodologies.
  • •Technical proficiency in SAP and Google Workplace, with fluency in written and spoken English.
