Key Responsibilities

•Monitor client infrastructure and solutions to detect errors early and maintain operational stability.
•Investigate first-line incidents, understand root causes, and resolve incidents and problems using approved procedures.
•Provide support via telephonic, ITSM ticket, and chat support channels for request fulfillment.
•Execute maintenance activities including patching and configuration changes, and manage shift handovers.
•Escalate incidents when necessary, update knowledge, and contribute to optimization and process improvements, plus occasional disaster recovery support.

Key Requirements

•Basic understanding of networking/security technologies including Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet firewalls, and Cisco Nexus switches/routers.
•Familiarity with common routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
•Ability to handle tickets daily using defined SOPs and resolve issues using knowledge articles.
•Good understanding of ITSM tools and ITSM processes for incident and request handling.
•Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computing or equivalent experience.
