Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with minimum 10 years experience.
  • •Program management experience leading development, transition to production, production and/or sustainment programs.
  • •Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance using tools such as EVMS, IMP, IMS, and risk/opportunity management.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional teams across functions including Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality, and Logistics.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
