Job Summary

Design and deliver high-quality server board designs for AMD’s AI server product, working as a senior contributor within a board design team. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners (Power, ME, SI, Layout), perform design reviews at hardware block/circuit/layout level, and investigate issues across bring-up, validation, and production. Use board design and debug tools such as Cadence Concept and Allegro to help ensure proposal/product success for customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with a board design team to design and deliver high-quality proposal/product to customers for AMD’s AI server product.
•Work with cross-functional teams (Power, ME, SI, Layout) to deliver board design and proposals.
•Perform design reviews including hardware block-level, circuit, and layout evaluation with recommendations.
•Investigate and debug issues found during process, bring-up, validation, and production phases.
•Use board design and debug tools (Cadence Concept and Allegro) to support design delivery and improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 1,373,750 - 1,962,500 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of industry experience in x86 hardware and product development, including motherboard (MB) design experience.
•Ability to work cross-functionally with Power, ME, SI, and Layout to design AMD AI product solutions.
•Ability to provide design review results covering hardware block-level, circuit, and layout recommendations.
•Familiarity with server debug processes and the ability to investigate issues during bring-up, validation, and production phases.
•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering.
