  • •Own coordination of the Connected Factory Visuals release train backlog and scope of deliverables within scrum teams.
  • •Coordinate between currently established scrum teams and ensure adherence to agile process methods and enterprise visibility.
  • •Communicate with end users on MROLife usage and application, and manage project execution with project leadership to ensure efficient planning and delivery.
  • •Lead project teams through proper Agile practices within the overall Collins agile transformation strategy, including resolving conflicts and promoting work sharing.
  • •Develop and refine product/feature concepts and backlogs, facilitate PI planning readiness through continuous exploration, and define actionable user stories for development teams.
