Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive software program execution for SDKs, software suites, and integrated software solutions to meet scope, quality, and schedule commitments aligned with hardware milestones.

  • •Drive coordinated release readiness through core team meetings.
  • •Report software execution and release status to senior leadership, communicating schedule changes, critical issues, risks, and mitigation/recovery plans.

Salary: USD 185,600 - 278,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred.
  • •Multiple years of progressive hands-on experience developing or driving execution of software across compilers, libraries, tools, and Enterprise AI/HPC.
  • •Experience driving a multi-site, multi-disciplined engineering program.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead “responsibility without line authority” programs without direct reports.
  • •Strong technical fluency and structured risk management, scenario planning, and data-driven decision making.
