Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop new hardware/board products that meet required standards and customer-specific requirements.
  • •Capture, specify, and manage hardware design requirements throughout development.
  • •Undertake and/or supervise verification and validation of new product designs.
  • •Ensure design-to-cost, design-for-manufacture, and design-for-test best practices are followed.
  • •Define project scope/goals/deliverables, develop plans/schedules/budgets, monitor progress, manage risks and changes, and communicate alignment with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Electronics Engineering.
  • •8 to 10 years of experience in electronics hardware and board design/development.
  • •Experience in new product development, integration, testing, and validation across hardware product life cycle.
  • •Strong analog and digital electronics experience, including microcontroller/processor-based design and high-speed design (plus).
  • •Knowledge of FSM standard IEC 61508 and electronics design tools such as Altium, Allegro, OrCAD, and Cadence; Six Sigma background preferred (DFSS/Green Belt).
