  • •Provide CEQA and NEPA and permitting expertise, oversight, and accountability for projects.
  • •Serve as Project Manager on projects, including financial management, reporting, subconsultant oversight, and technical staff management.
  • •Oversee multiple projects simultaneously to meet scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • •Refine task needs, scope and cost tasks, and identify and assign staff for ongoing contract requests.

  • •6+ years of experience preparing CEQA/NEPA documentation and related technical studies.
  • •6+ years of project/task management plus proposal and/or task order preparation for CEQA/NEPA work.
  • •10+ years of experience in CEQA/NEPA document preparation and business development for environmental planning projects.
  • •Contract management experience and ability to work independently while collaborating with teams, clients, and subcontractors.
