Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide estimating, cost planning, and updated cost plans through design milestones.
  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders, reconcile changes, and manage cost checks, valuations, and cost validation processes.
  • •Partner with design services teams and the general contractor to develop cost estimates and provide commercial input to optioneering and value engineering.
  • •Coordinate cost information for cost discussions, pricing reviews, and negotiations to drive fair contract prices.
  • •Deliver monthly cost reports, manage cost impact/contingency and commitment tracking, support final accounts, and mentor/coaching talent.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards it (preferred).
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium or large sized construction projects of medium to high complexity.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
