  • •Evaluate fit and technical issues independently using advanced pattern making, grading, and garment construction knowledge, and determine effective solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (A.A./B.A./B.S.) in a relevant field such as Fashion Design or Pattern Making.
  • •8+ years of technical design experience in apparel, with deep expertise in fit and construction across multi-product categories.
  • •Advanced capability in pattern making, grading, garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing, including troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • •Fluency with Google Workspace, Adobe Illustrator, and strong experience with Optitex 2D pattern software or 3D CLO software and PLM systems.
  • •Strong understanding of inclusive sizing and fit across ranges, plus experience working with factories and external vendors with production-timeline awareness.
