Key Responsibilities

  • •Structure, draft, review, analyze, negotiate, and interpret commercial agreements, including vendor and property management agreements.
  • •Partner with business teams to align legal strategy with business strategy.
  • •Maintain corporate structure and subsidiary governance, including drafting consents, officer certificates, board resolutions, and entity org chart updates.
  • •Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation, real estate closings, permitting, and regulatory matters.
  • •Support landlord-tenant legal operations by reviewing adverse action notices, lease compliance, and resident dispute escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience in general corporate transactional and commercial work at a top firm, or comparable in-house experience.
