Serve as a pragmatic, commercial legal partner to business teams across corporate matters, commercial contracts, and real estate transactions. Structure, draft, review, and negotiate agreements while supporting subsidiary governance across Florida, Delaware, and international entities. Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation and regulatory matters, and manage landlord-tenant legal operations including lease compliance and resident dispute escalations.

Key Responsibilities

•Structure, draft, review, analyze, negotiate, and interpret commercial agreements, including vendor and property management agreements.
•Partner with business teams to align legal strategy with business strategy.
•Maintain corporate structure and subsidiary governance, including drafting consents, officer certificates, board resolutions, and entity org chart updates.
•Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation, real estate closings, permitting, and regulatory matters.
•Support landlord-tenant legal operations by reviewing adverse action notices, lease compliance, and resident dispute escalations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of experience in general corporate transactional and commercial work at a top firm, or comparable in-house experience.

•Exposure to multi-entity corporate structures and subsidiary governance (a plus).
•Ability to manage agreements through their entire lifecycle with strong written and oral communication.
