Job Summary

Lead a team delivering remote service support for end-user compute (EUC) and support services. Own first-call resolution, RMA workflows, incident log analysis, preventative maintenance, and license management (SDI). Handle L1/L2 technical troubleshooting using strong IT infrastructure knowledge, ensure SLA-aligned delivery with reporting, and drive daily huddles, KPIs, process improvements, audits readiness, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the overall team of L1, L1.5 technical engineers and technical leads.
•Ensure client services are delivered per SLA, reporting deviations and improvements.
•Run daily huddles to identify and implement performance-enhancement solutions.
•Identify gaps in current processes/services and recommend improvements.
•Participate in new client transitions and projects; conduct team operations reviews and track/report KPIs and issues.

Key Requirements

•Solid experience in the technology industry and service delivery.
•Moderate experience managing a technical team.
•Seasoned knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT operations.
•Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem analysis, and solution formulation skills.
•Microsoft infrastructure experience including AD, Exchange, Skype for Business, Windows Server, and Windows Azure.
