Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a safe work environment while adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
  • •Work in Fresh Processing areas (DSI, Debone, Deli lines, Evisceration) as assigned.
  • •Monitor equipment during production and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • •Document required corrections; perform preventive maintenance on weekends and rebuild equipment as required.
  • •Assist with installation of new equipment and maintenance throughout the facility, including basic tasks like greasing, changing oil, and cleaning equipment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be able to push, pull, carry, and/or lift up to 50 pounds, and work in damp, cold, or hot environments while reaching above shoulder level.
  • •Stand 8–10 hours a day on hard surfaces and perform repetitive motion.
  • •Climb up and down stairs to access work areas; be able to climb ladders and reach/lift overhead.
  • •Wear required PPE (frocks, gloves, ear protection, hair net, beard guard) and complete mandatory online training.
  • •Understand and follow Safety Rules such as Lockout/Tagout and comply with OSHA standards; Saturday and Sunday work required.
