Key Responsibilities

  • •Stack finished beef and pork cases onto pallets throughout the refrigerated warehouse using a lowboy forklift and RF scanner work lists.
  • •Build full pallets by efficiently moving products throughout the facility, including loading and unloading tasks.
  • •Drive PIT equipment (stand-up forklifts and reach trucks) for extended times in cold/damp environments (up to 12 hours).
  • •Follow Tyson safety guidelines and policies during every shift.
  • •Cross-train and be moved to other areas as needed, and handle additional routine duties assigned by management.

Key Requirements

  • •1 year of forklift and warehouse experience through a single employer in the last 5 years (must be listed on application).
  • •Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 70 lbs cases and occasionally lift, push, pull, or carry up to 90 lbs cases.
  • •Need full range of motion of arms, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, digits, and legs; able to stand for extended periods with balance.
  • •Cold storage capability and willingness to work in refrigerated environments averaging 28°F with occasional 0°F.
  • •Must pass post-offer health assessment and drug screening.
