Purchasing Assistant, Technical Operations

Support the Technical Operations Supplier Management team by performing supplier-related order processing, invoicing, and onboarding tasks. Update systems (SCEPTRE, COUPA, Workbrain), coordinate supplier meetings (including security portal enrollment and scheduling), and issue or correct purchase orders, repair orders, Form 3011s, and supplier invoices. Help resolve order discrepancies, expedite orders as needed, and provide backup to the purchasing assistant team in Fort Worth.
