Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the roadmap for a customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice, including intent coverage and conversation design.
  • •Define and prioritize lead generation flows and AI-powered solutions across the docusign.com global domain aligned to PLG OKRs.
  • •Engage enterprise partners to shape requirements and launch decisions, translating partner needs into scalable product choices.
  • •Build prototypes using AI coding tools, and establish quality bars and evaluation frameworks for resolution rate, containment, escalation correctness, and conversation quality.
  • •Continuously optimize prompts/workflows/user experiences and document technical and operational procedures while supporting responsible AI governance and privacy/security controls.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product management experience owning a customer-facing product, with conversational AI or customer experience automation experience.
  • •Ability to create solo flows and basic mocks using Figma and manipulate design files.
  • •Experience writing enough code to prototype working solutions using AI tools.
  • •Data-driven approach using growth and customer service metrics such as resolution, containment, CSAT, and escalation quality.
  • •Experience with LLM-based products, including prompt/behavior design, AI quality practices, and failure modes.
