Job Summary

Support and maintain MS Teams–based video teleconferencing (VTC) and conference room systems for the Department of Energy and National Nuclear Security Administration. You’ll manage daily operations, troubleshoot VTC and codec hardware plus network/VLAN and software configurations, and resolve issues within SLA by creating trouble tickets when needed. The role also includes installing/upgrading conference rooms, running performance checks, supporting conferences, maintaining asset inventory, and mentoring junior technicians.

•Resolve problems and configure rooms for scheduled conferences.
•Operate and troubleshoot VTC/conference room equipment, including initiating trouble tickets and responding within SLA.
•Perform routine performance testing and spot checks to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
•Support installation and upgrades of VTC systems, assist during conferences, maintain government asset inventory, and mentor junior technicians.

Key Requirements

•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and provide strong analytical and communication skills.
