Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects across sectors such as health, defence, transport, commercial, aviation, data-centre, and other major building markets around NSW/ACT.
  • •Lead mechanical and multi-discipline building services design and end-to-end project delivery, ensuring technical quality and coordinated design management across disciplines.
  • •Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business development and maintain a pipeline of future work.
  • •Collaborate within multi-disciplinary engineering teams to drive quality outcomes through rigorous review of design calculations, specifications, models, and drawings.
  • •Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to junior and intermediate engineers to support high-quality design documentation and project delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years’ experience in building services consultancy or contracting design with a strong mechanical engineering background.
  • •Chartered status (CPEng) essential; other registrations highly regarded.
  • •Demonstrated leadership in technical design and multi-disciplinary project delivery.
  • •Deep knowledge of building services systems, standards, and best-practice design, with the ability to guide clients and mentor engineers.
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and lead multi-disciplinary bids while supporting business development.
