Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement ERP compliance strategies, policies, and procedures for SOX (52‑109) compliance
•Collaborate with compliance and security professionals to provide guidance, training, and support for initiative execution
•Conduct regular spot checks to identify compliance risks and security threats and develop mitigation strategies
•Enhance governance and compliance practices to enable faster, more efficient audit cycles
•Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate security and compliance requirements into new systems and technologies

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 98,800 - 130,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
•5–7 years of relevant experience in a similar role
•In-depth knowledge of SOX (52‑109) controls and compliance best practices
•Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, with familiarity in SQL, databases, and cloud platforms
•Ability to analyze ERP data and derive insights using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel
