Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute M&A transactions including buy-side/sell-side mandates, strategic advisory, and defence assignments.
  • •Lead preparation of financial models (DCF, LBO, trading comps, transaction comps) and valuation analyses.
  • •Develop and review client materials such as pitch books, IMs, management presentations, and board materials.
  • •Coordinate due diligence processes and manage data rooms, advisors, and client interactions.
  • •Supervise and mentor Analysts to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of relevant investment banking experience, preferably within an M&A team at a top-tier bank or advisory firm.
  • •Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
  • •Experience managing multiple workstreams across live transactions.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
