Vans: Assistant Manager - Ala Moana Center

Lead, develop, and motivate a team to deliver best-in-class customer service and brand experiences while partnering with the Store Manager to drive profitability. Oversee daily store operations, floor coverage, and opening/closing procedures, and help manage expenses, shrink, inventory practices, and visual merchandising. Coach the team to exceed sales and productivity goals, support recruiting and onboarding, and ensure compliance with company standards in an inclusive retail environment.
