Key Responsibilities

  • •Exercise significant discretion, apply legal research skills, formulate legal arguments, and identify appropriate case law for business immigration cases.
  • •Manage large caseloads in a fast-paced environment by independently reviewing, drafting, and monitoring petitions.
  • •Provide responsive, professional client service and handle extensive client contact while meeting deadlines.
  • •Support case work across PERM labor certification and both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters.
  • •Maintain professionalism, customer service focus, and teamwork with clients and internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor and licensed to practice law in IL, in good standing.
  • •1-3 years of experience preparing business immigration applications and other immigration matters.
  • •Experience working with PERM labor certification and recruitment.
  • •Experience with nonimmigrant visas, including H-1B, L-1, TN, and E visas, and/or immigrant visas including EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3.
  • •Strong academic performance and excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills with strong client interaction.
