Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet artists and crew upon arrival of the stage.
  • •Coordinate radio artist compound staff to gather the artist from dressing rooms in appropriate time.
  • •Be readily available and visible to the tour manager on stage to provide what they need.
  • •Communicate with hospitality if a rider needs to be adjusted or brought to stage, and bring hospitality items back each night.
  • •Coordinate stage credentials for personnel, photographers, and videographers, and communicate issues to the Artist Relations Manager.

  • •2+ years of experience in Artist Relations.
  • •Intermediate technical skills in Microsoft Office.
  • •1+ years of management experience is preferred, including managing, developing, and leading teams.
  • •Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments.
  • •Must be willing to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evening, and weekend hours as required.
