Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously monitor the GTO operational dashboard in Datadog, correlate signals across APM, logs, metrics, synthetic tests, and RUM, and decide whether alerts require incident tickets or can be resolved immediately.
  • •Triage and investigate production incidents: create tickets in JIRA Service Management, use Datadog traces/logs/metrics to determine blast radius and likely root cause, and route to the correct team using smart routing.
  • •Own lower-severity incidents end-to-end by diagnosing issues, executing runbook procedures, resolving without escalation where possible, and escalating when thresholds or code fixes are needed.
  • •Support TSO Lead during major incidents: provide real-time impact and deployment data, maintain the incident ticket timeline and evidence, and execute mitigations as directed.
  • •During non-incident periods, analyze trends and recurring issues, compile incident timelines and draft PIR documents, and build operational automation (alert enrichment, templates, Slack workflows, dashboard widgets) and runbooks.
