Retail Producing Sales Manager

Lead and manage a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) team as a direct sales manager, driving production goals through personal production and team leadership. Execute on Truist Mortgage’s strategic plans to grow mortgage loan sales, manage relationships with internal and external referral partners (COIs), and coordinate with internal Truist teams. Ensure adherence to lending policies, compliance, and quality controls while improving digital client experience and staying current on local real estate and mortgage trends.
