•Lead requirement analysis, product planning, product design, and project management for anti-cheat account handling capabilities.

•Collaborate with business units to balance internal needs with online performance and align stakeholders on risk control work.
•Define scientific and reasonable metrics to measure handling effectiveness and evaluate governance outcomes and business impact.
•Apply operational understanding of violation/cheating methods across security/risk control areas to support governance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Security, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
•3+ years of internet product work experience; preferred experience in risk control, anti-cheat, anti-fraud, or strategy.
•Strong data analysis capability, logical judgment, and goal-oriented approach.
•Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and excellent learning ability.
•Preference for familiarity with big data analysis or AI algorithms and security/risk control governance experience.
