Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead requirement analysis, product planning, product design, and project management for anti-cheat account handling capabilities.
  • •Optimize risky account handling processes and capabilities using internal/external product and intelligent technology to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • •Collaborate with business units to balance internal needs with online performance and align stakeholders on risk control work.
  • •Define scientific and reasonable metrics to measure handling effectiveness and evaluate governance outcomes and business impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Security, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • •3+ years of internet product work experience; preferred experience in risk control, anti-cheat, anti-fraud, or strategy.
  • •Strong data analysis capability, logical judgment, and goal-oriented approach.
  • •Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and excellent learning ability.
  • •Preference for familiarity with big data analysis or AI algorithms and security/risk control governance experience.
