Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide postpartum doula support to families as an independent contractor within Loula’s network.
  • •Attend births and deliver postpartum care aligned with your training and practice goals.
  • •Participate in Loula’s screening and introductory process to establish partnership fit.
  • •Work with Loula’s Care Navigator/client referral program to connect with insured clients.
  • •Complete/maintain required trainings and documentation (CPR, HIPAA) and carry liability insurance as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience as a doula, with 3 letters of recommendation, or complete 16 hours of birth/full-spectrum doula training and attend 3 births as a doula.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •If you don’t yet have CPR training, HIPAA training, liability insurance, or the letters of recommendation, you can still reach out for support setting them up.
