Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the vulnerability management lifecycle: identification, assessment, prioritization, remediation tracking, validation, and reporting.
  • •Administer vulnerability response and remediation workflows in ServiceNow, including SLA monitoring and closure tracking across the enterprise.
  • •Govern configuration compliance and secure baselines against CIS benchmarks, tracking exceptions and driving remediation to closure.
  • •Support information security governance and enterprise risk management aligned to ISO 27001, including risk/exception registers and security policy/control maintenance.
  • •Perform network, cloud, and application security activities using Zscaler and CSPM, and run internal web app security assessments (SAST/DAST) to identify and report vulnerabilities.
