Key Responsibilities

•Performs Artificial Lift (AL) installations and pulls, routine checks, and troubleshooting.
•Provides instruction and technical support to customer personnel in the proper handling and operating procedures of ALs.
•Performs basic well production analysis and repair of AL equipment and tests, splices, and repairs cable.
•Prepares paperwork to include IFTA reports, billable and non-billable hours, and mileage.
•Trains and coaches new hires in basic principles; trains and mentors lower level technicians at the well site.

Key Requirements

•High school or similar education plus 3 to 4 years of experience in artificial lift operations.
•Ability to perform artificial lift installations, pulls, routine checks, and troubleshooting.
•Basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and basic reading/writing skills.
•Ability to provide instruction and technical support to customer personnel for AL procedures.
•Willingness to train and mentor new hires and ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures.
