Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide individual and small-group interventions to support students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development.
  • •Develop, implement, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor progress against identified targets.
  • •Collaborate with subject teachers to implement differentiation, scaffolding, accommodations, and inclusive classroom strategies.
  • •Use assessment data and observations to identify learning needs and inform appropriate interventions.
  • •Work with parents, teachers, counsellors, therapists, and the Inclusion team to coordinate student support and maintain accurate records for case reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Inclusive Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • •Relevant teaching/special education qualification preferred.
  • •Minimum 2–3 years of experience in special education or learning support, preferably in a school environment.
  • •Experience working with Middle School students is preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of IEPs, differentiation, intervention strategies, and inclusive education practices.
