Job Summary

Join the Global Structured Syndicate (GSS) team within Leveraged and Acquisition Finance to build India-focused distribution capabilities for infrastructure finance products. Lead deal syndication and distribution across infrastructure project finance, support origination by structuring and underwriting opportunities, and perform pricing/relative value and liquidity analysis. Manage due diligence workflows, legal documentation inputs, investor relationships, and end-to-end syndication/placement of INR, foreign currency, and ECB facilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead deal syndication/distribution across HIF product lines and sectors, with a primary focus on Project and Infrastructure Finance for India.
•Support origination colleagues to identify, structure and underwrite investment and lending opportunities in India.
•Perform relative value, pricing, and in-depth liquidity analysis and formulate GSS syndication strategy for individual assets to support deal pitching and internal approvals.
•Support execution by producing marketing materials and analysis, managing due diligence questions and data rooms, maintaining investor trackers/call reports, and contributing to legal documentation review.
•Manage end-to-end syndication and placement of INR, foreign currency and ECB facilities; execute loan syndication/bookrunning and loan sales including settlement of trades.

Key Requirements

•At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience in India across syndicated loans, credit capital markets or private credit, ideally focused on infrastructure sector loans.
•Demonstrated track record in pricing transactions, managing end-to-end loan syndication and executing lending transactions.
•Strong product knowledge and execution expertise in infrastructure project finance, particularly in renewables and transition and digital and transportation infrastructure (infrastructure debt advisory/capital structure investing advantageous).
•Solid understanding of onshore lending and ECB regulatory frameworks.
•Business proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken), with advanced proficiency in MS Office.
