Key Responsibilities

  • •Superviser la qualité et l'intégration de l'architecture y compris la conception et les interfaces/API avec des applications tierces
  • •Assurer la coordination entre client, fournisseurs, direction de projet et équipe technique sur l'architecture - conseiller sur les options d'architecture, leur faisabilité et leurs impacts
  • •Collaborer étroitement avec la Direction de projet ainsi qu’avec les équipes techniques internes et externes afin d’assurer la fiabilité de planification des différentes phases et échéances du projet et mettre en place des actions correctives face aux écarts constatés
  • •Gérer la supervision de l’intégration des nouvelles solutions aux systèmes existants, notamment en ce qui concerne la migration des données
  • •Collaborer étroitement avec les architectes techniques et propriétaires d'applications côté client pour évaluer les décisions technologiques, impacts sur les performances, fonctionnalité et ergonomie

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 10 years experience in IT architecture, interfaces/APIs and programming
  • •Deep ServiceNow knowledge (ITSM, CSM, HR, FSM, SPM, etc.)
  • •Experience managing IT projects and coordinating technical teams
  • •Two to three CIS ServiceNow certifications and CTA certification; ITIL/Scrum/TOGAF are a plus
  • •Ability to collaborate with presales to design optimal technical solutions for bids
