Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strong information security leadership for UAE banking/financial sector operations with exposure to banking systems and regulatory requirements.
  • •Develop and implement information security policies aligned with NESA requirements.
  • •Manage GRC activities including risk assessments, risk registers, risk acceptance/exceptions, standards, and compliance.
  • •Oversee PCI DSS, SWIFT CSP, VAPT, and regulatory/security assessments, including managing audit/regulatory findings through remediation and validated closure.
  • •Act as information security lead for major technology, digital, cloud, infrastructure, and application projects while coordinating with IT, business, risk, audit, compliance, PMO, and external parties.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •10–12 years of relevant information/cyber security experience with appropriate manager-level responsibilities.
  • •CISM/CRISC CISA/CISSP certification(s).
  • •In-depth knowledge of information security and technology infrastructure, including NESA requirements implementation and policy/control alignment.
  • •Strong information security governance/GRC experience: policies, standards, risk assessments, risk registers, risk acceptance/exceptions, and compliance.
