Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan the medium- and long-term activity and build the PIC (S&OP) process, guiding production capacity planning.
  • •Coordinate with forecasting teams to develop 3-year volume projections with manufacturing partners and ensure load/capacity alignment.
  • •Identify gaps, propose resolutions and drive action plans; manage internal supplier PDPs.
  • •Consolidate and scenario-build production landing and budget exercises; develop capacity for simulations (load/capacity scenarios, volumes, supplier variabilities).
  • •Co-lead transformation projects: frame Anaplan deployment for MLT, write target planning and procurement processes for ERP migration, and develop consolidated Power BI dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of planning experience in an industrial environment
  • •Advanced Excel skills; strong appetite for planning tools (Anaplan a plus) and Power BI
  • •Knowledge of ERP concepts and industrial process management
  • •Strong data handling: collect, structure and transform data into decision support
  • •Ability to structure, analyze and communicate complex information across functions
