Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and execution of seller lifecycle governance strategies and roadmaps to reduce ecosystem risks and improve seller performance.
•Own end-to-end large-scale, complex cross-functional governance programs across multiple EMEA markets, including scoping, prioritisation, alignment, launch coordination, and post-launch tracking.
•Analyse ecosystem data, operational signals, investigations, and cross-functional feedback to identify trends, gaps, emerging risks, and high-risk seller behaviors.
•Develop and improve scalable governance frameworks, operational mechanisms, policies, and automation strategies to enhance governance effectiveness and operational efficiency.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Algo, Governance Ops, Business Ops, Legal) to define requirements and drive scalable governance improvements; serve as a subject matter expert for monitoring and escalations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
•3+ years of experience in e-commerce, operations, compliance, marketplace governance, or related fields.
•Strong analytical and quantitative skills using data/metrics to support recommendations; Excel/Sheets required and SQL a plus.
•Clear communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
•Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to fast-changing environments, and manage multiple priorities with strong ownership and accountability.
