Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders while executing day-to-day HR across the employee lifecycle. Partner on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement. Lead onboarding/offboarding and HRIS administration, policy administration, compliance, and process improvement, while coaching managers on investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals and provide strategic HR guidance.
•Advise on compensation, promotions, job titles, organizational changes, performance management, and career development.
•Support organizational design and workforce planning, including HR system and employee data changes.
•Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, HRIS transactions, and policy administration.
•Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
•Experience supporting both in-office and remote employees in a startup environment.
•Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders on employee relations, performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
•Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
