Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and further develop scope, approach, scenarios, and test designs for bank readiness tests with relevant value streams and program goals.
  • •Collaborate with Business Architects and Delivery Management to translate business processes, transformation requirements, and migration goals into end-to-end test scenarios.
  • •Implement a structured approach for test design, test preparation, test execution, and reporting across multiple platforms and applications.
  • •Ensure appropriate end-to-end coverage of bank processes, including dependencies and integration points between business areas, applications, and platforms.
  • •Moderate stakeholder workshops across business, technology, testing, and delivery, coordinate test activities across international teams, and support test governance, defect management, and readiness assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in large transformation programs in banking or financial services consulting, e.g., as Test Lead, Test Manager, or Test Architect.
  • •Strong end-to-end banking process knowledge with practical experience across at least two areas such as Core Banking, Payments, Lending, or Finance.
  • •Proven methodological expertise in test strategy, test design, test planning, and test execution.
  • •Experience defining and coordinating end-to-end test scenarios across multiple business and technology domains, including complex multi-platform and multi-application environments.
  • •Verhandlungssichere German and English skills plus strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication abilities.
