Lead the strategic planning and operational delivery of complex, high-profile events to ensure safe, efficient, and seamless execution. You will oversee large, multi-tier security and operations teams, manage high-level stakeholders, and drive risk, crowd, and contingency planning. Own end-to-end event planning, crowd and traffic management, and adherence to HSE, emergency response protocols, and incident command systems, while continuously improving event safety and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, high-profile events to ensure operational excellence across all phases.
•Oversee large, multi-tier teams including security personnel, supervisors, contractors, managers, and operational staff.
•Perform advanced risk assessment, threat modelling, and contingency planning for safe and compliant event operations.
•Manage crowd management (flow modelling, ingress/egress planning, and crowd behavior analysis) and coordinate traffic management.
•Ensure adherence to HSE standards, emergency response protocols, and incident command systems, applying relevant ISO standards.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5-7 years in the event industry with both international and local experience.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in Event Management, Security Management, Risk/Security Management, project management, or related discipline.
•Professional certifications are beneficial, including SIRA / PSCOD / SIA (current or previously held).
•Management experience required; CPP (Certified Protection Professional) and/or PSP (Physical Security Professional).
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with operational/planning platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce, One Plan, and event mapping or deployment planning tools.
