Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out scheduled and planned maintenance to enhance reliability and quality of Fixed Plant equipment.
  • •Identify and report problems related to plant assets, practices, and procedures.
  • •Perform component change-outs in planned and breakdown situations.
  • •Undertake fault finding/troubleshooting of electrical-based faults.
  • •Ensure maintenance activities comply with Mine Safety Inspection Regulations Act.

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical Trade qualification and unrestricted WA A Grade Electrical Licence.
  • •Experience with Fixed Plant equipment, including dumpers, ship loaders, reclaimers, stackers and conveyor belts.
  • •Ability to undertake electrical fault finding/troubleshooting and read schematics.
  • •A manual C Class driver’s licence.
  • •Commitment to safety and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
