Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure UAS monitoring and countermeasure systems comply with applicable legal, technical, and safety requirements.
  • •Perform scheduled and ad-hoc compliance audits of detection platforms, counter-UAS technologies, and integrated monitoring systems.
  • •Verify system configurations, operational procedures, and deployment protocols meet DCAA and national aviation-security standards.
  • •Evaluate new counter-UAS technologies (RF-jamming, GNSS-interference detection, radar tracking, optical countermeasures) and support testing, certification, and acceptance.
  • •Maintain UAS violation databases, coordinate with Dubai Police and enforcement agencies, and provide technical support for investigations and incident-response activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Security, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • •Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience (or 6+ years with a Master’s) in UAS compliance, aviation security, counter-UAS operations, or airspace-protection systems.
  • •Knowledge of regulatory, technical, and safety requirements governing UAS monitoring and countermeasure systems.
  • •Experience evaluating counter-UAS technologies and supporting testing, certification, and acceptance of detection/countermeasure solutions.
  • •Experience working with enforcement agencies or aviation regulators is preferred.
