Operations Management Trainee - Hope Growout

Support day-to-day production and operational performance as a developmental leadership trainee. Use independent judgment and data analysis to spot trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across safety, quality, yield, and efficiency. Troubleshoot operational issues, collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Maintenance, FSQA, and Accounting, and lead processes or teams as needed while supporting planning, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
