Job Summary

Lead end-to-end technical activities across the sales cycle for cybersecurity MSSP opportunities, from RFIs through RFPs/RFQs and hands-on participation in POCs. Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners, translating complex requirements into competitive solutions. Deepen expertise on Fortinet products and evolving threats, present solutions remotely or in person, and maintain accurate technical account activity in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle, including RFIs through RFPs/RFQs and active participation in POCs.
•Understand customer technical requirements and build solutions that outperform competitor offerings.
•Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners in close collaboration with the sales partner.
•Position Fortinet solutions effectively via remote and in-person presentations, including whiteboarding and technical documents.
•Maintain accurate technical activity and account/prospect information in CRM (Salesforce).

Key Requirements

•High aptitude for cybersecurity across domains such as network security, SIEM, endpoint security, incident response, and forensics; CISSP accreditation is beneficial.
•Experience in a pre-sales engineer role leading end-to-end technical aspects of deals through technical closure.
•Ability to demonstrate problem-solving and how it drove key wins in the organization.
•Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and communicate technical concepts to varied internal and external stakeholders.
•Strong understanding of firewall, intrusion prevention, sandboxing, encryption and hashing, and familiarity with ZTA.
