Key Responsibilities

•Identify sources of high-quality products and services at competitive market prices.
•Manage a team of buyers/sr. buyers/specialists to develop and achieve the business objectives and functional team goals.
•Negotiate and execute contracts (Pricing, VMI etc.). Help to develop innovative solutions, approaches, methodologies that address present and future supply chain requirements.
•Develop TCO models and decipher complex pricing to deliver comprehensive financial analyses
•Lead negotiations and draft contracts based on business requirements while incorporating legal templates, applicable mandatory contract terms and regulatory language

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,300 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
•MBA or equivalent degree preferred
•7 years of experience in Indirect/Direct Strategic Sourcing required
•Supplier performance management, contract negotiation, and cost management experience
•Consulting or Medical Device industry experience preferred
